• Our vinyl records are fully customized and made-to-order, with production beginning shortly after your order is placed. This makes cancellations impossible.
• Our accessories are processed and shipped quickly after purchase to ensure fast delivery, meaning we are unable to accept cancellations once the order is confirmed.
