Return & Refund Policy
At Track Your Memories, your satisfaction matters. We’ve structured our policy to reflect the unique nature of each product type in our assortment:
1. Custom Vinyl Records
- Each vinyl record is fully personalized and specially created just for you.
- Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a vinyl record that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or other documentation.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer.
2. Accessories
- Accessories are generally eligible for returns and refunds, under the following terms:
- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.
- If the item is eligible for our Free Return Program, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
- The returned item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, labels, and protective materials.
- Once the returned item is received and passes inspection for intactness, we’ll issue a full refund—typically within 10 business days, processed to the original payment method.
- If Free Returns are not available for a particular product, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
