At Track Your Memories, we take pride in creating custom vinyl records made specifically for you. Because these products are fully personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom vinyl records, as they are uniquely crafted based on your order.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We may require photos of the damage to process your request.
